After spending time in the temple, the Lu Family returned home. On the way back to the Jiang residence, Jiang Pezhi looked at his wife who was sitting in the back passenger seat. 

"What happened? You don't look good since you talked to the master," said Jiang Peizhi. 

"Something about her daughter must have troubled her,"  Jiang Yang, who was busy driving, commented. 

"Is it?" Jiang Peizhi asked. There was no reply from Mo Ruolan as she was in her thoughts. 

"You should not believe too much in any predictions?" Jiang Peizhi commented. 

"Mother, the time has changed, and you should stop believing these superstitious things," Jiang Yang added.

"I know you two would be like this, so I should better stay quiet," Mo Ruolan finally spoke as she frowned. 

The two men looked at each other, realizing they had upset the lady.

Jiang Peizhi, who glanced at his wife through the rearview mirror, finally turned to look at her. "Okay, tell us what the master said."

Mo Ruolan looked at him and then towards her son, who looked at her through the rearview mirror and assured her to say it. 

"In the past, the master said she would marry twice," Mo Ruolan reminded.

Jiang Peizhi nodded lightly. "Hmm, I remember you said it."

"I thought if there is a second marriage in her destiny, we have a chance to introduce her to a nice man and then make her marry but…"

"But?" Jiang Peizhi asked attentively.

"Master said she has already married twice," Mo Ruolan replied.

"What?" Jiang Peizhi exclaimed in surprise, "When?"

Jiang Yang was calm while letting his parents talk.

Mo Ruolan nodded sadly. "Hmm! Her wedding with Lu Lijun was the second one."

"That?" Jiang Peizhi understood. "That was not a wedding. It was just…." Jiang Peizhi stopped. 

"I know what you mean. I am just worried if we can make her marry someone or she will be alone forever if that marriage means the second one for her."

"That's not even a legal wedding, and I am sure no one thinks about it as one. Everyone forgot about it. Don't worry, we can find a nice man for her." said Jiang Peizhi.

"Third wedding it would be. I am sure the master didn't say she can't marry a third time." Jiang Yang spoke. "Why are you stuck at the second wedding only? She can marry as many times as she wants. Not like anyone can stop her."

"Don't know, but I am feeling uneasy about everything as if something wrong is going to happen," she said.

"Nothing wrong will happen. It's fine if you ask the master but don't trust it too much," Jiang Peizhi assured.

"But…"

"Mom, I told you she could be my companion of singlehood if she won't marry anyone. Trust me; I'll keep your daughter happy like my own daughter." Jiang Yang finally said.

Mo Ruolan glared at her son. "Why are you so adamant about keeping her alone?"

"It's better that way instead of troubling her with what you expect from her life. Let her decide for herself," Jiang Yang replied.

"You kids can't understand Parents' worry," she frowned and added, "None of you two would be single." 

Seeing his mother getting angry, Jiang Yang kept quiet. After a pause, he suggested. "She doesn't consider that kid marriage as one, so the mother can go ahead with her plan.

Mo Ruolan agreed. "I was waiting for this day to pass by. Now I can soon arrange her meeting with him."

"I talked to Lu Jinhai today, and they have no issues with it. We can proceed with what we plan," Jiang Peizhi added.

In Lu Mansion. 

After dinner, Lu Jinhai was with his father in the living room and talked. "Jiang Peizhi asked if it's fine if they arrange Yuyan's meeting with that guy?"

"It's fine. Let them do what they want," Elder Lu replied. 

"What meeting?" Lu Lijun asked who entered the living room with Lu Feng after they talked in the garden.

Lu Jinhai realized again that Lu Lijun didn't know about something and spoke. "You were busy with your project, so we didn't get the chance to discuss it."

"What is it?" Lu Lijun asked. 

Lu Feng, who was beside him, felt like his heart just skipped a beat as he knew what it was but didn't expect Lu Lijun to get to know it like this. This thing skipped his mind that he forgot to bring it to Lu Lijun, or even if he remembered, he didn't know how to bring it to him. 

"Yuyan's parents had a good marriage proposal for her…."

"What?" It was time for Lu Lijun to get a surprise.

Lu Feng put his hand on Lu Lijun's shoulder to make him stop speaking something that he should not when Jiang Yuyan might not like him to say it.

"We all agree with it and…."

"She can't," Lu Lijun spoke coldly. 

Others were taken aback by seeing his denial. 

"Lu Lijun, we can talk about it later. Come with me," said Lu Feng, but his words didn't reach the stubborn guy as he didn't wish to.

Lu Jinhai talked. "If you are worried about how the guy is, then rest assured…."

"It's not that. Why does she have to marry someone when she is..."

"I need to talk to you, Lu Lijun."

Someone held his arm, and he looked at the person who interrupted him. 

It was Jiang Yuyan who heard the talk and immediately hurried to stop Lu Lijun from saying anything.

He looked at her in surprise. Just today, they returned from his elder brother's memorial service, and these people were already talking about her second marriage, and Jiang Yuyan didn't seem to be affected by it. 

"Father, I have something important to discuss with him," said Jiang Yuyan, and Lu Jinhai agreed. 

"Come with me," Jiang Yuyan instructed him as she stepped to go upstairs while Lu Lijun followed her. Lu Feng gave out a sigh of relief as he didn't know what Lu Lijun would do now. Was the day of destroying the peace in this family today?
